Food & Wine with Cherry Creek North
Food & Wine is a Denver food festival that happened on Fillmore Plaza for 14 years, and I was able to help organize and plan it for the last two. From managing sponsorships with major brands to executing event coordination details and making sure everything is running on time to setting up and managing the ticketing platform for all event check-ins.
Read below for more fun event highlights and different ways we worked to promote Cherry Creek North as a dining destination.
Cherry Creek North Food & Wine was full of F&B concepts promoting different aspects of their restaurants in front of 750+ Denver foodies over the course of three days. Some events were intimate dinners inside the actual restaurants, there was a large community-style seated dinner on Fillmore Plaza, but the main event was the Grand Tasting, where Fillmore Plaza is lined with tents full of delicious bites and drinks and everyone gets to try it all. It’s such a vibrant event, and I would highly recommend getting a ticket to a Denver food & wine event.
I loved working with our event producer and team at HobNob Events, as well as collaborating with the Cherry Creek North restaurants to create those off-site intimate dining experiences, like an oyster shucking class at Blue Island Oyster Bar, ceviche making classes at Toro, and even organizing gift bags featuring Ciocclatier chocolates. The ability to put together such a diverse food event in one square mile is so impressive and fun to me, and this event was an absolute success! Note: Every event sold out.
